AWARENESS
The Austrian Road Safety Board (KFV) approached us with the task of creating a comprehensive educational video on the subject of earthquake hazards. The goal was to inform the public about possible threats and correct behaviour during an incident and the usage of EMS (European macroseismic scale).
After elaborating a sensible storyline in close cooperation with KFV experts we created 3D models of typical Austrian buildings and surroundings. We then developed a custom visual style in order to successfully communicate important information to residents of all ages via online video portals and social media channels. Furthermore we obtained raw sensor data from the European Seismic Network and used it to create a three dimensional representation of the strongest earthquake that hit Austria in 2021.
